If you are driving the best way to transport it is a travel cage. It is small and the best way to carry a hamster around. If you are going to fly, you are SOL ( so outta luck ) no pets are aloud on a plain. No matter how hard you try. Good luck with transporting you and your pet. Be safe!

just take the cage in the car.remove any thing that may fall or roll on the hamster.to make the trip a little more comfy put some extra bedding in the cage.

Get a small cage special for transporting. Make it homy for him, and set it up just like you would his normal cage. Use plenty of shavings, give him food, treats, and water. Make sure he doesn’t get cold. He should be fine, don’t leave him alone in the car for long periods of time. If you have to use a hotel, sneak him in.
    :) Good luck.
